Making Strides is a celebration of courage and hope! It is a movement to end breast cancer as we know it for everyone!! If you have never participated in a Making Strides Walk, it is a fun event to raise funds for Breast Cancer research and awareness, support those fighting breast cancer, celebrate with survivors and remember those we have lost too soon.

I hope that will join Team Pathways To A Cure (now in its’ eleventh year) in the fight to end breast cancer! It’s never too early to register and / or fundraise! I will leave you with a few breast cancer statistics-More than 290,000 people will be diagnosed this breast cancer this year. There are more than 4 million breast cancer survivors living in the US today (I am one of those 4 million-I will celebrate 12 years cancer-free at this year’s walk), and more than 150,000 breast cancer patients living with metastatic disease.
