Why are you interested in serving on the Pathways Financial Credit Union Board of Directors?
I believe in Pathways’ commitment to helping members find their path to financial freedom and take ownership of where they bank. I want to continue serving as a Board Director because I take my fiduciary responsibility to the membership seriously. My goal is to help assess our financial condition and operational quality to ensure Pathways remains a safe place to save and a trusted source for affordable borrowing. It has been an honor to serve our membership for more than 30 years, and I look forward to continuing that service.

Why are you interested in serving on the Pathways Financial Credit Union Board of Directors?
Credit unions play a vital, often underutilized, role in supporting communities by providing personalized, local, banking and financial resources. By advancing credit union growth and utilization we can help achieve financial security for the communities we operate in. In my tenure, I have supported Pathways to be the fastest growing credit union in Ohio and 6th fastest nationally. In short, we are making an impact in our communities.
I would be honored to serve for another term on Pathways’ board to continue to advocate for our mission by promoting accessibility through technology, enhancing member education, and introducing innovative services. My focus remains on maximizing value for all members and ensuring Pathways continues to thrive as a trusted financial partner.

Why are you interested in serving on the Pathways Financial Credit Union Board of Directors?
I have been associated with the credit union for over 50 years, including 21 years on the board of directors. Like many members, I personally rely on Pathways for my financial needs—auto loans, credit, and debit cards. Serving on the board has given me valuable insight into the financial world, and I enjoyed contributing to its success. With 40 years of business experience, I want to continue supporting Pathways’ growth and strength for all members. Having been part of the Taleris merger, I look forward to serving both members and employees as a Pathways board member.
