Can I renew my CD online?
No, members cannot make changes to existing accounts online. The online system offers only the option to open an account, or to send a request to close one. If you have a CD that is within the 10 days grace period after the maturity date, you can contact us at 1-800-367-7485, Option 4, and one of our member service representatives will gladly help you in completing the renewal process, transferring funds from it to an account, or changing the terms of the CD per your instructions.
