📅 Important Dates & Information

Starting April 10:

  • You should receive your Welcome Packet in the mail. For your convenience, you can also view the digital version below.

On or After April 18:

  • You should receive your Pathways debit card this week. Keep an eye out for it and activate it as soon as it arrives. Continue using your current Taleris card until May 1st.

April 29:

  • Last day to use Shared Branching until May 1st.
  • Last day to access Bill Pay payments through the Taleris Bill Pay system (until 5:00 PM).

April 30:

  • Remote Check Deposit via the Taleris mobile app will be disabled at 2:00 PM.
  • The Taleris online and mobile banking system will shut down at 2:00 PM.
  • The Taleris Credit Union branch at 7435 Broadview Road will close at 2:30 PM to facilitate the merger.
  • Shared Branching will not be available until May 1st. 
  • All bills previously entered into the Taleris Bill Pay platform will be paid through today.

May 1:

  • You can start using your Pathways debit card at 9:00 AM.
  • The Pathways Call Center will be open from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM for assistance.
  • You can log into Pathways Online Banking.
  • Pathways Bill Pay is now available—please add your payees and schedule your payments.
  • The branch at 7435 Broadview Road reopens at 8:30 AM.
  • Shared Branch access is now available. *If you want to use Shared Branching, please call us to activate your shared branch access.

May 7:

  • Your Taleris ATM/debit card will be deactivated at 11:00 AM and can no longer be used.

💰 ACTIVATE ROUND UP

For every purchase you make with your debit card, Pathways will round up the amount to the nearest dollar and deposit the difference into your Owner Rewards Account.

This feature is not available until after May 1st.

You must activate your new Pathways debit card first before requesting to enroll.

Activate your new Pathways card as soon as you receive it (on or after April 18th) by calling the number on the sticker using your primary phone number. Your card will be ready to use starting May 1st at 9:00 AM.

After May 1st, if you haven’t utilized shared branching in the last 12 months, please call Pathways at 800-367-7485 to activate your Shared Branch access if you are planning to use shared branching.

Continue managing your Taleris Credit Card with the same portal you're familiar with. Click below to log in, view statements, and make payments.

💸 Make a Loan Payment

If you use the “Pay Your Loan Online” tool on the Taleris website, you will begin using our new loan payment portal after May 1st.

You can continue to make free ACH loan payments, just as you do today. And now, you also have the option to make payments with a debit card for a $4.95 fee.

New Account Information

Your Taleris Regular Savings Account will be converted to a Pathways Regular Savings Account that you can continue to use as you always have.

As part of this transition, your account number will be updated to align with our system. You can find this number on the membership card included in the welcome mailing.

Your new account number will now start with the number 3, followed by enough zeros to reach a seven-digit format.

For instance, if your previous account number was 123, your new account number will be 3000123.

Your account number might also be referred to as your "Member Number."

Enroll in Online Banking: Enrollment will be available starting May 1, 2025. Step-by-step instructions are listed below.

💻 How to Log Into Online Banking

You will be able to enroll in Online Banking on May 1st. Visit our homepage and click on “First Time User” in the Online Banking Access area near the middle of the homepage. Follow the prompts for the initial setup. (See step-by-step instructions and video below.)

Once you have enrolled in online banking, you will have access to our full suite of online services!

  1. Open the Online or Mobile Banking portal.
  2. Select "Register with Online Banking".
  3. Register as either an individual or a business.
  4. Follow the prompts to enter your personal information.
  5. Choose a method of verifying your identity (text, email, or voice) and click Next.
  6. You should receive a unique code via your selected method.
  7. Verify your identity by entering the code you received.
  8. Create a new username and password.
