📅 Important Dates & Information
April 10:
- Members began receiving Welcome Packets in the mail.
- For your convenience, you can still view the digital version below.
After April 18:
- Pathways debit cards were mailed.
- If you haven’t already, please activate and begin using your new Pathways debit card now.
- Do not use your old Taleris debit card after May 7.
April 29:
- Shared Branching access through Taleris was temporarily suspended.
- Final day to access Bill Pay payments through the Taleris platform (until 5:00 PM).
April 30:
- Remote Check Deposit via the Taleris mobile app was disabled at 2:00 PM.
- The Taleris online and mobile banking systems were shut down at 2:00 PM.
- The Taleris branch at 7435 Broadview Road closed at 2:30 PM to complete the merger transition.
- Shared Branching remained unavailable until May 1.
- All payments scheduled through the Taleris Bill Pay platform were processed through this date.
May 1:
- Pathways debit cards became active at 9:00 AM.
- The Pathways Call Center is now available from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM for assistance.
- Members can now log into Pathways Online Banking.
- Pathways Bill Pay is available — be sure to add your payees and schedule payments.
- The 7435 Broadview Road branch is now open as a Pathways location (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Shared Branch access is now fully available. *If you plan to use Shared Branching, please call us to activate your access.
May 7:
Taleris ATM/debit cards will be deactivated at 11:00 AM and can no longer be used. Be sure your Pathways debit card is activated and in use before this date.

💰 ACTIVATE ROUND UP
For every purchase you make with your debit card, Pathways will round up the amount to the nearest dollar and deposit the difference into your Owner Rewards Account.
You must activate your new Pathways debit card first before requesting to enroll.
✅ ACTIVATE DEBIT CARD
Activate your new Pathways card as soon as you receive it (on or after April 18th) by calling the number on the sticker using your primary phone number. Your card will be ready to use starting May 1st at 9:00 AM.
Please note: Taleris ATM/debit cards will be deactivated at 11:00 AM on May 7th.
🏦 ACTIVATE SHARED BRANCHING
If you haven’t utilized shared branching in the last 12 months, please call Pathways at 800-367-7485 to activate your Shared Branch access if you are planning to use shared branching.

Access Online Banking💳 Manage Your Taleris Credit Card
Continue managing your Taleris Credit Card with the same portal you're familiar with. Click below to log in, view statements, and make payments.
Access Credit Card Account💸 Make a Loan Payment
If you used the “Pay Your Loan Online” tool on the Taleris website, you will now use our new loan payment portal to make your payments.
You can continue to make free ACH loan payments, just like you do today. You also have the option to make payments with a debit card for a $4.95 fee.
Important: If you previously scheduled loan payments through share transfers inside your Taleris online banking, you will need to set up those scheduled payments again in the new Pathways Online Banking platform. This does not apply to payments made through the "Pay Your Loan Online" tool on the Taleris website.
New Account Information
Your Taleris Regular Savings Account will be converted to a Pathways Regular Savings Account that you can continue to use as you always have.
As part of this transition, your account number will be updated to align with our system. You can find this number on the membership card included in the welcome mailing.

Your Account Number
Your new account number will now start with the number 3, followed by enough zeros to reach a seven-digit format.
For instance, if your previous account number was 123, your new account number will be 3000123.
Your account number might also be referred to as your "Member Number."

Online Banking
Get familiar with Pathways Online Banking:
Enroll in Online Banking: Enrollment will be available starting May 1, 2025. Step-by-step instructions are listed below.
Mobile Banking Apps: Download links for our Apple and Android mobile banking applications are available on our mobile and text banking page.
💻 How to Log Into Online Banking
You will be able to enroll in Online Banking on May 1st. Visit our homepage and click on “First Time User” in the Online Banking Access area near the middle of the homepage. Follow the prompts for the initial setup. (See step-by-step instructions and video below.)
Once you have enrolled in online banking, you will have access to our full suite of online services!
- Open the Online or Mobile Banking portal.
- Select "Register with Online Banking".
- Register as either an individual or a business.
- Follow the prompts to enter your personal information.
- Choose a method of verifying your identity (text, email, or voice) and click Next.
- You should receive a unique code via your selected method.
- Verify your identity by entering the code you received.
- Create a new username and password.
Direct Deposit & Daily Pay Deposit Information
Set Up

Streamline your bill payments:
Did you know you can streamline your bill payments with ease? By using your MICR and routing numbers, you can establish direct payments for bills and more directly from your bank account. This not only saves you time but also ensures your payments are consistently on schedule.

Access Online Banking
Log in to your Online Banking account.

Select Your Designated Account
Choose the account where you wish to receive your direct deposits and/or Daily Pay Deposit.

Navigate to Account Details
Click on "Details" to access your account's MICR number. Pathways routing number is 244077093.

Share Information with Your Employer
Provide your employer with the MICR and routing number for seamless Direct Deposit and Daily Pay Deposit.
💳 Bill Pay
Keep an eye on your mailbox! Personalized information about your Bill Pay services will be mailed to you after April 14th.
